Tomhara

Built in 2003 to high specifications (and since extensively improved and updated), Tomhara stands in an elevated, south-facing sheltered position, enjoying fabulous views across the Camel Estuary and the hills beyond. The house has been designed and furnished to offer every convenience whether you are seeking peace and quite, or a full activity holiday, in a luxurious self-catering home.

On the ground floor there are four south facing bedrooms, three of which open out onto a terrace. There are three contemporary bathrooms all three of which have showers, and one having an additional bath.. The ground floor also has a large hall, utility room and a further wet-room/shower/wc which has direct access from outside, and provides space to shower off, rinse down and hang out wet suits/wellies etc.

The living area comprises a large living room with open wood fueled fireplace and a huge open plan kitchen and dining room with glass folding doors across the length of the room. The glass doors open out onto a sheltered sunny deck enjoying the most magnificent south facing views across the Camel Estuary and the hills beyond. There is also a study area and fifth bedroom and wc on this floor.

There is a sixth bedroom with separate shower room and wc above the garage which is adjacent to the house.

Tomhara sits in an extremely sheltered south facing sunny position with a terrace and garden to the front, and a further terraced garden to the rear The garden is spacious and not overlooked and is surrounded by large, mature trees of various species. There is outside furniture for both sitting and eating al fresco upstairs and downstairs and a barbecue area. There is also sufficient parking for four/five cars.
